Policies

  • We request that you show up 15 minutes early for your first appointment in order to fill out the required paperwork.  We ask that you are always prompt in arriving for your scheduled visits so that we do not have to make others wait.  We appreciate your cooperation with this.
  • We do not accept checks.
  • Payment is expected at time of service.
  • We require 24 hour notice for cancellation/rescheduling.  Otherwise, a $50 fee will be assessed.
  • As a small business we must adhere to an “All Sales are Final” policy.  However, if you purchase something that is defective then we will be happy to help you return it to the company it came from.
